Susan Turner-Kapsanis
Susan is currently completing a Masters of Environmental Law at Sydney University
while taking time to enjoy her young family. A graduate in Law and Science and Technology
(Hons) from the University of New South Wales, Susan has worked in Singapore as
a finance lawyer with New York law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, as
well as lecturing and tutoring in law and environmental issues at Macleay College
and the University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Jane Hoban
Jane has over 15 years experience in marketing, public relations and corporate social
responsibility with such companies as Coca-Cola and The Body Shop International
and is currently the Director of Shopper Marketing with Unilever International.
Based in Singapore for the past ten years, Jane is passionate about giving back
to her adopted home.

Tay Kok-Chin
Kok-Chin (KC) Tay, Director (Information Systems) is a technology sector veteran.
Since earning his Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from the City University,
London, Kok-Chin has worked within the oil & gas sector in Saudi Arabia and for
various US-based technology companies in the UK and Singapore, focussing upon internet
and e-commerce practices. Kok-Chin is a member of the National Volunteer and Philanthropy
Centre SG Cares and SG Gives Advisory Council, an evaluation panel member for the
MCYS Comcare Enterprise Fund and the Vice President of Social Venture Partners (SVP)

Victoria Camelio
Victoria is currently a full-time mother of two and has recently arrived in Singapore
via San Francisco, CA. Since graduating from Brown University with a B.A. in Political
Science, Victoria has worked as a Director of Member Services at the Advisory Board
Company, a strategic research firm located in Washington, DC. While at the Advisory
Board, Victoria was selected to serve as a fellow for the Advisory Board Foundation,
working on a strategic health care initiative with the Philippine General Hospital
in Manila. More recently, Victoria was Director of Client Services for 4charity.com,
a software company serving the fundraising and donor communication needs of nonprofits
and corporate employee giving programs. While in San Francisco, Victoria also volunteered
as a project manager for the Taproot Foundation, an organisation that provides pro
bono "grants of service" to US-based nonprofits.

Sue Suh
Sue Suh, Director (Community Outreach), has devoted much of her career to government
service, philanthropy, and non-profit management. Most recently Sue was with The
Rockefeller Foundation, serving first as Special Assistant and Director of the President's
Office, and upon moving to Asia in July 2008, as Interim Director of the Foundation's
Asia Office based in Bangkok. Prior to joining the Foundation, Sue was a diplomat
with the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC, New York, and Tripoli, Libya.
Sue has served on the State Board of Directors for Special Olympics New Jersey,
the National Selection Committee for the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, and as both
staff and volunteer for a range of other charitable causes and organisations.

Jacqueline Chan
Jacqueline is a lawyer at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and has previously worked
as internal counsel at Singtel. She has a LL.B. from the National University of
Singapore and is admitted to practice law in Singapore, England and Wales.

Amarinder Singh
Amarinder Singh is the Company Secretary of The Kind Exchange. He is a law graduate
and specializes in insurance, immigration and corporate work. Always keen to try
different roles, Amarinder was once a self-employed chef running a vegetarian food
stall. He is an active member of the National Youth Council and the Vegetarian Society
of Singapore. Amarinder's social motivation comes from his extensive research on
Mahatma Gandhi, which changed his perspectives and was the catalyst for his interest
in social entrepreneurship. Amarinder's dream is to connect with all social entrepreneurs
and to one day see the end of world poverty.

Andrew Hooper-Nguyen
Andrew Hooper-Nguyen is a co-founder of The Kind Exchange and served
as the inaugural Chairman and Director (Finance). He now supports the
Board as a Strategic Adviser. Since graduating with law and economics
degrees, Andrew has been the CFO of a marine logistics company and has
over 10 years of investment banking and legal experience in Australia
and Asia. As an active member of goodcompany, an Australian online
volunteer & charity matching service, Andrew has participated within a
variety of charitable organisations. He is a co-founder of The Haven
Education Project, a school for promising, unprivileged children in
Central Vietnam.

Julie Englefield
Julie Englefield is a co-Founder of The Kind Exchange and served as
Director (Marketing) for two years, recently stepping into an advisory
role. Julie was General Manager of The Substation (arts centre) for
five years and has served on government committees working on
governance and developing competency frameworks. Julie has managing
concert pianists, produced concerts, and managed the Steinway & Sons
piano business both nationally and in NSW in Australia. She is
passionate about individual social responsibility for a worldwide
community.

Melissa Aratani Kwee
Melissa Aratani Kwee is an educator, activist and advocate for youth development
and community engagement. She was most recently nominated Young Woman Achiever of
the Year by Her World 2008 and was conferred the Singapore Youth Award in 2007 for
community and youth services. Melissa was educated at Harvard University in Social
Anthropology, and was a Fulbright Scholar to Nepal. Melissa has served as President
of the National Committee of UN Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), Singapore and
currently Chairwoman of Halogen Foundation, Singapore.

Shashi Nathan
Shashi Nathan is a strategic adviser and chairman of The Kind Exchange’s Audit
Committee. Shashi is a Partner and Head of Criminal Litigation at Harry Elias Partnership.
He is an experienced lawyer who is admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore and
the Bar of England & Wales. Shashi is a member of the Law Society of Singapore’s
Criminal Legal Aid Scheme and a member of the Working Group for Improving the Conditions
for Migrant Workers in Singapore.

Chew Kwee San
Chew Kwee San has been a Council Member & Secretary of the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation
since 1998. He is an active volunteer and has been involved in the Anglo-Chinese
School Old Boys' Association Management Committee, YMCA Education Centre Management
Committee, Organising Committee of The Boys' Brigade Sharity Gift Box (which was
awarded the Singapore Youth Award for Community and Youth Services in 2004), and
Citibank-YMCA Youth for Causes.
